LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
At Paleblue, we stand behind the quality of our products with a limited lifetime warranty, covering manufacturing defects and failures during normal use.
Paleblue offers a Limited Lifetime warranty on all Paleblue batteries purchased from www.paleblueearth.eu. This warranty covers failures due to manufacturer’s defects. At Paleblue’s discretion, we may choose to provide customers’ valid claims with refunds, replacements, or store credit. Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, ordinary wear and tear, neglect, or intentional or unintentional misuse or abuse including exposure to adverse environmental conditions such as rain or submersion in water or excessive heat or thermal cycling. Warranty does include free shipping, customers may be required to pay shipping of replacement product. Warranty period for charging cables is 2 year.
